Service offer - VMware Healthcheck: Enables us to have a "check-up" of its VMware virtual infrastructure


• Service offer - Eligibility study: Enables a physical environment to be studied and the virtual target to be defined


• Service offer - Consulting mission: Making a consultant available in order to help respond to the various types of thinking or virtualisation projects for customers.


• Service offer – Design: Enables the target architecture to be defined and a deliverable to be supplied bringing together all of the configuration information
• Service offer – Installation of a virtual environment
• Service offer – Upgrade of an existing environment: Update to a new version, development of the existing infrastructure (servers, functionalities, etc.)


• Service offer – JumpStart VMware: Training at the customer's site or on AntemetA premises, supply of a course support


• Service offer – One-stop shop (responsive mode): Providing a single entry point in the event of an issue with the VMware solution, and escalation management with the publisher (if necessary)

• Service offer – One-stop shop (proactive mode): 5 days a year of prepaid service provision in order to carry out preventive inspections during the year. For example: Health status, upgrades,  problems encountered, questions and answers, new developments.
